One point Perspective
I wanted to introduce perspective at an exciting stage, so we did two-point perpective.
Today we'll backtrack a little to explain some of the "theory" and "rules" with one-point perspective.
Stand on a bridge and look at a railway or road and watch how it gets smaller.
If it's flat countryside and a long tsraight road it'll disappear into a point.
Also look at how the road markings get closer and the cars or trains get smaller.
Back to two-point perspective tomorrow.

Rubik's Cube
This time there is some scientific drawing and some guesswork involved.
We'll have a little light relief tomorrow and carry on with perspective the next day. There's enough to keep all enthusiastic perpspective people busy.

These perspective projects are based on what I was doing with my 9 year old grandson, Nicky.
So its geared towards that age but anyone who has never seen it explained like this may enjoy it.
